My biggest reason for getting involved with this project is because I’m scared. I’m not interested in doing anything that’s going to make me a lot of money, but I already have a ton of debt and want to be able to have a strong happy family at some point. So I want to find people that are doing the kinds of things that are important to me – being creative, making art and music, helping their community – and still able to survive, make ends meet, and most importantly, be happy. Life is not something I want to suffer through, and while most people I see appear to be happy, it’s because they just bought a new car or because they’re absorbed in their giant flat screen TV, not because they’re enjoying time with their family or connecting with their friends on a deep level.
